Mike is the Managing Director and founder of the company. His past experiences of being a Senior HR Director and Organisational Development Director for major global organisations, as well as his understanding and application of both cutting edge and established leadership development solutions, place him at the heart of the business. Mike's vast experience and open and honest approach to leadership development has also made him a sought after and polished public speaker. In terms of qualifications, Mike has a degree in Accountancy and a Masters degree in Management Development. In addition, Mike has an unparalleled track record as an Executive Coach.
Andrew is the company's Commercial Director and brings a variety of professional and commercial experience to the role. Andrew has a degree in Business Management as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Law. Andrew's time spent in the business sector as well as that spent as a qualified lawyer ensures that he has a rounded perspective on commercial matters. His broad range of experience also ensures that he is ideally suited to his other role as a Leadership Coach.
