His past experiences of being a Senior HR Director and Organisational Development Director for major global organisations, as well as his understanding and application of both cutting edge and established leadership development solutions, place him at the heart of the business. Mike's vast experience and open and honest approach to leadership development has also made him a sought after and polished public speaker. In terms of qualifications, Mike has a degree in Accountancy and a Masters degree in Management Development. In addition, Mike has an unparalleled track record as an Executive Coach.
