Individual and leadership consultant have a coaching session featuring a discussion on the individuals approach to leadership and the implications of the survey feedback. Meeting concludes with mutual agreement on strengths and development needs.

Leadership consultant prepares an executive report outlining the individual's strengths and development needs and a personal development plan (PDP) to accelerate their leadership effectiveness over subsequent six month period.
